Hot / Cold Herbal Packs in variety of fun fabrics.  Each 100% cotton bag 8 x 10 inch bag is filled with a combination of grains (rice/flax) herbs/flowers/essential oils.  
Flannel case included for easy cleaning. 
Specify your preferred scent when ordering.
 
Heat bag in 30 second increments in microwave, shaking gently between, until desired temp.  Store in freezer to use as cold pack.
 
*Note: you can add scents when herbal scents diminish (Scents usually last 1-4 years depending on use)
