Tapping for Depression - Namaste Healing
6 minutes of tapping together to take the edge off for folks feeling at their wits end, depressed, or lonely. Tap along and repeat after me. Change the words if they don't seem to fit quite right. Pay attention to yourself & your body. Make a note of thoughts that occur & any shifts that you experience. Those will be the thoughts to tap on as a next step. A rising tide lifts all boats...let's soar together. I know that was two modes of transportation...but that gives us even more latitude for being freaking awesome! I am craving a smoke! Tapping with Namaste Healing
5 minutes to help squelch the craving to smoke. Everyone's smoking habits / reasons differ, yet you can benefit from tapping along with this video. If you are wanting a smoke...write down the intensity of your craving (0 - 10 scale), tap along, then check back in and see if it's gone down a bit. If there are thoughts that come up for you while you are tapping, note those and use them for your next tapping round. Add in the words "still" or "continued" on the next round...for example: "I'm still craving a cigarette." "I continue to need a smoke."

What is the 9 Gamut in EFT? - Namaste Healing
Original (Gold Standard) EFT used and algorithm nicknamed "the ham sandwich". You would tap on an issue for a round or two, then do the 9 Gamut, and tap on the issue again. The 9 Gamut itself is a blend of acupressure and neurolinguistic programming. Odd looking, but works great.
Tapping for any issue can be addressed in many ways. The videos I've created show what I am feeling regarding a specific issue/thought in time. Please modify as you need, and as always, take care of yourself and honor your own intuition.
