Tapping therapy is a powerful tool for relieving negative emotional and physical pain quickly and gently - generally in a third of the time of conventional therapy.

Tapping is easy to learn and use, and is very effective via remote sessions (Zoom, phone, etc).

Check out the tapping points video for the basics of how to do EFT, and if there's a specific topic you are working on, either go to that video on my site, or let me know what you're working on and I'll create a video to cover the topic.

If you'd like to work with me directly, check out my coaching page to see if you're ready for transformational work.

Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Pain - Tapping with Namaste Healing

This tapping sequence is for relieving the pain and stress of endometriosis and adenomyosis. The WHO says that 10% of women are affected by endo, and yet women still live with not only the pain of endometriosis but also the frustration of being dismissed and disbelieved. I hope this tapping helps with some of the frustration and pain. The information below is from the World Health Organization. Access more info here: https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/endometriosis Endometriosis affects roughly 10% (190 million) of reproductive-age women and girls globally. Endometriosis is a disease in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. It can cause severe pain in the pelvis and make it harder to get pregnant. Endometriosis can start at a person’s first menstrual period and last until menopause. With endometriosis, tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. This leads to inflammation and scar tissue forming in the pelvic region and (rarely) elsewhere in the body. The cause of endometriosis is unknown. There is no known way to prevent endometriosis. There is no cure, but its symptoms can be treated with medicines or, in some cases, surgery. It causes a chronic inflammatory reaction that may result in the formation of scar tissue (adhesions, fibrosis) within the pelvis and other parts of the body. Several lesion types have been described: - superficial endometriosis found mainly on the pelvic peritoneum - cystic ovarian endometriosis (endometrioma) found in the ovaries - deep endometriosis found in the recto-vaginal septum, bladder, and bowel - in rare cases, endometriosis has also been found outside the pelvis. #endometriosis #adenomyosis #painrelief #youmatter #believewomen #endopain

Tapping for any issue can be addressed in many ways.  The videos I've created show what I am feeling regarding a specific issue/thought in time.  Please modify as you need, and as always, take care of yourself and honor your own intuition.
