Tapping therapy is a powerful tool for relieving negative emotional and physical pain quickly and gently - generally in a third of the time of conventional therapy.

Tapping is easy to learn and use, and is very effective via remote sessions (Zoom, phone, etc).

Release tension and untwist the uterus Lengthen and balance ligaments Relieve pregnancy-related discomfort Help baby disengage and move Create more space in the pelvis 🧘‍♀️ 👶 How Often Should I Do It? Daily from 20 weeks on (for head-down babies) 7–14 times daily for breech or transverse babies ⚠️ Important! Please have a partner or helper nearby when doing this movement.
