Payment Policies

Payment Policy

For coaching packages, you choose to pay in full, or two increments.  If choosing installments, half is due when you book your first session, and the other half two weeks later. 

 

For workshops, classes, or individual sessions, payment is due in full at time of booking.

 

We accept checks, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal.  You can pay via credit card using PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request that you let us know at least 24-hours in advance so that we can make your time available to another client. If you do not cancel with 24-hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your missed session.

 

Late Policy

If you are late for your appointment, we will only be able to give you the balance of time remaining in your scheduled session and you will be charged the full amount.
