....and we're off!!

Happy 2019! It's a new year to do cool & good things for yourself & others!

Or as Adriene says, "Find what feels good."

Remember that when you take care of yourself, you are setting yourself up for greatness.

That's a really good thing. Our world needs balanced, healthy people ready to step forward in their glory. So let's get on it!

A little introductory blurb from our friends at Pathways of Light:

The Text tells us that we must learn to question everything we think we know. This first lesson of the Workbook begins the process of opening our minds to the possibility that we may not know what we think we know, we may not really understand what we think we understand. A closed mind that thinks it already understands is not open to learning.

Early in the Text we are told that this is a course in mind training and will lead to a complete thought reversal. Its not just a little adjustment. It’s a complete 180 degree turn from the direction we thought was true. Because we believe our safety is in what we believe to be true, we are not likely to welcome something that is telling us the opposite. So with today’s lesson, the Workbook gently begins the process of loosening our grip on what we have believed to be true and bringing it to question.

A Course In Miracles Lesson 1:

Here are some resources to supplement the daily lesson - because the Course is really simple, but it's not easy.

Pathways of Light - they have easy to digest interpretations of each lesson & the text. Great resource

The Foundation for Inner Peace - these guys are the original publishers of the texts. They have daily lessons and insights as well.

Marianne Williamson - I love Marianne's work. She has been my guiding light & intro to the Course. She offers weekly live streams on Tuesday evenings.

Miracle Distribution Center - The source of my flip calendar! They have free weekly live streams, newsletters, ACIM merchandise, and resource lists.

There are tons of sites and resources...these are just a few that I've used.
