Community group for new parents. Bring your questions, thoughts, observations, or crazy...anything is game!

This will be a safe, guided self-healing space. Activities will include group support, tapping (EFT), and guided meditations.

Peace

Monthly community tapping group on the third Wednesday of the month at 4:30pm MST.

 

This drop-in group is open to all.

Reducing Chronic Pain

6 Week support group for women dealing with physical pain.

This will be a safe, guided self-healing space. Activities will include group support, tapping (EFT), and guided meditations.

Because of the nature of the group, all members will be asked to attend consistently and honor confidentiality.  

 

The group will be guided by Lorie Michaels

Women
Rising 

Weekly support group for women who have experienced trauma & are looking for a safe, guided self-healing space. Activities will include group support, tapping (EFT), and guided meditations.

 

Because of the nature of the group, all members will be asked to attend consistently and honor confidentiality.  

 

The group will be guided by Lorie Michaels, and co-hosted by Victoria Lynn Hall.

 

Time: Jan 11 - June 14, 2022

Holiday
Self-Care

5 week group designed to help us retain our sanity and stay centered. Activities will include group support, tapping (EFT), and guided meditations.

Topics will align to our Holiday Self-Care tapping series.

 

Because of the nature of the group, all members will be asked to attend consistently and honor confidentiality.

Meetings will be recorded for playback by group members.

 

The group will be guided by Lorie Michaels, and co-hosted by Victoria Lynn Hall.

 

Time: Mondays Dec 6 through Jan 3 -  

3-4pm ET, 4-5pm MT, 5-6pm CT, 6-7pm ET via Zoom
