Namaste Groups are private, guided groups for those willing to do the work to create lasting transformation.

We are a community that thrives on the mindset that you are your own best healer.

Women
Rising 

New weekly support group for women who have experienced trauma & are looking for a safe, guided self-healing space. Activities will include group support, tapping (EFT), and guided meditations.

 

Because of the nature of the group, all members will be asked to attend consistently and honor confidentiality.  

 

The group will be guided by Lorie Michaels, and co-hosted by Victoria Lynn Hall.

 

Time: Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00pm PST via Zoom

Tapping Into
Peace

Weekly community tapping group.

 

This drop-in group is open to all.

 

The group will be guided by Lorie Michaels, and co-hosted by Victoria Lynn Hall.
