6 Week support group for women dealing with physical pain. This will be a safe, guided self-healing space. Activities will include group support, tapping (EFT), and guided meditations. Because of the nature of the group, all members will be asked to attend consistently and honor confidentiality. Maximum attendees: 8 Session Full

Weekly support group for women who have experienced trauma & are looking for a safe, guided self-healing space. Activities will include group support, tapping (EFT), and guided meditations. 5 week group designed to help us retain our sanity and stay centered. Activities will include group support, tapping (EFT), and guided meditations.
