Reducing Chronic Pain
6 Week support group for women dealing with physical pain.
This will be a safe, guided self-healing space. Activities will include group support, tapping (EFT), and guided meditations.
Because of the nature of the group, all members will be asked to attend consistently and honor confidentiality.
The group will be guided by Lorie Michaels

Time: Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00pm MST via Zoom
