Side Lying Release

Description

Lay on side at very edge of bed/couch

When to use in Pregnancy

Stretch and balance pelvis. Daily after 20 weeks. Hold until feel release (3-5 min) on each side

When to use in Labor

Stalled labor. Baby in mid-pelvis

Don't use if....

Hypermobile, significant back injuries, you don't have a partner who can support you properly
