When to use in Pregnancy

Daily after 20 weeks to release pelvic ligaments. Great for round ligament pain. Helps with uterine torsion. Hold position for about 3 breaths. Start and end in upright postion.

When to use in Labor

Help baby get into pelvic opening. Baby OP or head tilted. Parallel parking: back the baby out and get a better space.

Don't use if....

Glaucoma, high blood pressure, head/neck/arm injuries, too much amniotic fluid, you don’t want to.
